COLUMBIA — The Alumni Association Student Board didn’t run out of “Beat Nebraska” T-shirts during a spirit rally Tuesday, as the group did for the Bowling Green game.
Still, at least 400 people came to the rally because that’s how much ice cream was being served. AASB eventually ran out of ice cream. Meanwhile, the line for t-shirts stretched around Jesse Hall.
MU head football coach Gary Pinkel and Tigers’ linebacker Sean Weatherspoon spoke at the rally. The Golden Girls were also at the event.
