Columbia, Mo — For the second time in as many nights, the Missouri Tigers Volleyball team defeated the Georgia Bulldogs three sets to zero. The win moved Missouri to a record of 10-4 on the season and also marked the first time that it had not lost a single set to an opponent. 
As usual, the Tigers were led by a standout performance from Kylie Deberg. The superstar senior totaled 15 kills over the course of the match, hitting at a percentage of almost .300, while contributing three blocks as well. 
Deberg did not necessarily carry the offense for Missouri in the match though, as she was helped by contributions from a plethora of sources. Anna Dixon had eight kills of her own, Claudia Dillon racked up seven and Dariana Hollingsworth-Santana added six as well. 
Anna Fuentes made her first start of the spring season for Missouri, and she also had a strong night for the Tigers. She totaled 29 assists over the course of the three sets, while also contributing defensively with four digs. The real standout defensive player for Missouri though was Emily Brown, who had an impressive 11 digs over the course of the short match. 
For Georgia, the rough night began on the previous day as their best player, Amber Stivrins, suffered a severe hand injury. Stivrins was the offenseive catalyst so far this season for the Bulldogs, and without her they struggled.
Despite the loss of their star, the Bulldogs did have some impressive offensive performances. Rachel Ritchie, Kacie Evans and Sage Naves each had nine or more kills, while Dalaney Hans and Brynn Chandler each had 15 or more assists.
The win for the Tigers was one that will surely keep them in the top-25 ranked teams in the nation, as they looked almost flawless. They greatly decreased their service errors from the previous weekend, only totaling four over the course of the three sets. In addition to that, they had a hit percentage of .337, which was well above their season average of .233.
Next weekend, the Tigers will continue to ride the momentum of these two matches. They take on South Carolina on the road, and will look to extend this winning streak to at least three straight matches. Those matches will be played on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
