Japanese prints featured at Mizzou museum

I spoke with Alisa Carlson, curator at the University of Missouri’s Museum of Art and Archeology, about an art exhibit showcasing Japanese prints from the Tokugawa period. Carlson framed the exhibit intentionally to explore the plight of women during this time.
