Jazmine Sullivan – Insecure (INFECTIOUS)

The lead single for HBO’s hit television show “Insecure” captivates what really goes through the mind of an insecure man and how that affects a woman. Sullivan’s range and melodic voice brings so much soul to the song. Tiller incorporates his hip-hop tone to the R&B track allowing for us to understand both sides of the spectrum. Sullivan talks about her man not trusting her and being insecure within himself, which leads to their relationship’s downfall. The song really captures the theme of the television show. It’s a hot R&B track with an infectious chorus that you’re definitely going to put on repeat.
