The Mizzou Meat Market provides a learning opportunity for students in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources. From kill to sale, all aspects of meat processing are handled on campus. An on-site USDA inspector makes sure this process is handled ethically and safely for consumption. With beef, pig, sheep, chicken, and fish products offered, the Mizzou Meat Market supplies the carnivorous needs of the community.
