Hello KCOU yaysayers and naysayers! I’m Sadie, 1/2 of Daisy Dukes (hosted with the fabulous Dj Kill Bill, my roommate, muse, and close confidant). Together, we pour over new music, old music, music from film, and those vivid dreams that you just have to google the meaning of. My musical offerings to the show consist of The Roches, The Carpenters, Joni Mitchell, Air, Alex G, Kurt Vile, Ween, Amy Winehouse, Slow Pulp, America, and Courtney Barnett. I am also a proud prog rock/art rock/synth pop/experimental/brit pop enthusiast. When i’m not jockeying disks in the studio I can be found playing dress up, absorbed in a creative project (anything pottery, fibers, photography, or design related), singing my favorite song, or twirling my hair.
