U-God – WUDak Yellow (DENSE)

U-God, of Wu-Tang Clan fame, recently dropped a remix of Cardi B’s chart-topping ‘Bodak Yellow’ entitled ‘WuDak Yellow.’ Not a great name, but a banger nonetheless. His verse is very dense and reminiscent of the infamous Wu-Tang sword style, but definitely makes some concessions to fit the “mumble rap” style that is uber-popular today. U-God’s fifth studio album entitled ‘Venom’ is due out sometime in 2017 & a memoir written by him is expected to come out spring 2018. Also due out this year is a Wu-Tang Project called ‘The Saga Continues,’ it’s dropping on the 13th of October, noticeably U-God is absent from the project due to disputes over royalties with the legendary rap crew.
